The Taylor Water-Cooled Soft Serve Freezer delivers premium soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, and sorbet with efficiency and consistency. Designed for high-volume operations, this versatile machine serves two separate flavors or a twist combination, offering maximum variety and customer appeal.

Features:

  • Versatile Production: Serve two individual soft serve flavors or an equal combination of both in a twist. Perfect for low- or nonfat ice cream, custard, frozen yogurt, and sorbet.

  • Freezing Cylinders: Two 3.4-quart (3.2 L) cylinders ensure consistent product texture and fast recovery for continuous service.

  • Mix Hoppers: Two 14-quart (13.2 L) refrigerated hoppers maintain mix below 41°F (5°C) using Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) technology, even during Auto or Standby modes.

  • Indicator Lights: Mix Low and Mix Out lights alert operators when it’s time to add mix. An optional audible alarm can be enabled for additional notification.

  • Electronic Controls: Equipped with Taylor’s exclusive Softech™ microprocessor-based system, which monitors product viscosity to maintain consistent quality and optimal refrigeration.

  • Standby Mode: Maintains safe product temperatures in both the hoppers and freezing cylinders during idle periods, reducing waste and ensuring food safety.

  • Beater Motors: Two powerful 1.5 HP motors deliver smooth, efficient performance for high-volume output.

  • Refrigeration System: Main system rated at 9,500 BTU/hr (R404A), with Separate Hopper Refrigeration rated at 400 BTU/hr (R134a).

  • Water-Cooled Design: Efficient cooling system with ½" FPT water inlet and drain connections located under the base.

  • Electrical Requirements: Operates on 208–230V, 60 Hz, 3-phase power; 14.0 amps. Supplied with cord and plug. Consult a Taylor distributor for international (50 Hz) specifications.
