We currently offer:
Free delivery to Brooklyn and Queens on select orders over $500
Free delivery to Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island on select orders over $1,000
Please ensure that:
The delivery address is a commercial location with proper access and clearance for smooth delivery.
You provide a valid phone number, as our team will always call before delivery to schedule and confirm details.
Shipping to Other Areas: For all other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Store Pickup: Store pickup is available for local customers. Simply select the “Store Pickup” option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Lead Times & Freight Expenses: For the most accurate lead times and freight expenses, please contact us directly. Our typical transit time within the U.S. is 3-4 days, depending on your location.
Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Caribbean Islands: For shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and the Caribbean Islands, please contact us for accurate shipping quotes. We’ll be happy to provide the best rates and shipping options for your area.
Freight Delivery: All freight shipments are curbside delivery. If you require a liftgate for delivery, please specify this request at checkout.
Damages: Please inspect all freight carefully for any damages before signing for the delivery. If you notice any damage, please note the details (where and how the item is damaged) in the driver’s delivery note. If you did not notice the damage at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
