The Taylor 794-33 Soft Serve Freezer is a reliable, high-capacity machine designed to produce smooth, delicious soft serve products with ease and consistency. Perfect for ice cream shops, restaurants, and other frozen dessert operations, this model serves two flavors independently or combines them into a classic twist.

Features:

  • Versatile Production: Serve two separate soft serve flavors or an equal combination of both in a twist. Ideal for low- or non-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, and sorbet.

  • Freezing Cylinders: Two 3.4-quart (3.2 L) cylinders provide consistent freezing and quick recovery for high-volume service.

  • Mix Hoppers: Two 14-quart (13.2 L) refrigerated hoppers maintain mix below 41°F (5°C) with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR), ensuring freshness during both Auto and Standby modes.

  • Indicator Lights: Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix; an optional audible alarm can be enabled to sound when mix is low.

  • Electronic Controls: Equipped with Softech™, Taylor’s exclusive microprocessor-based control system that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity for consistent texture and quality.

  • Standby Mode: Maintains safe product temperatures in both the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders during extended idle periods, preserving freshness and minimizing waste.

  • Beater Motors: Two powerful 1.5 HP motors deliver smooth and efficient operation, ensuring dependable performance during peak demand.

  • Refrigeration System: Dual 9,500 BTU/hr (R404A) systems for fast freezing and consistent temperature control, plus a 400 BTU/hr (R134a) Separate Hopper Refrigeration system. (BTU ratings may vary depending on compressor used.)

  • Water-Cooled Design: Features ½" FPT water inlet and drain connections located under the base for efficient, quiet operation.
