Perfect for producing a wide range of soft serve products — from low- or non-fat ice cream to custard, frozen yogurt, and sorbet — this unit lets you serve two individual flavors or a perfectly balanced twist.

  • Mix Hoppers: Two 14-quart (13.2-liter) hoppers with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) maintain mix below 41°F (5°C) during Auto and Standby modes for superior freshness.

  • Indicator Lights & Alarms: “Mix Low” and “Mix Out” lights alert operators when it’s time to add mix. An optional audible alarm can also be enabled.

  • Electronic Controls (Softecht™): Advanced microprocessor-based control monitors product viscosity for consistent texture and quality.
