The 767-SK/III is a 26 5/8" wide, deluxe control electric single deck low temperature Halo Heat slo cook and hold smoker oven from Alto-Shaam that has 1 compartment with the capacity for 100 lb, (9) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" full-size pans. The cook and hold smoker oven has a heavy duty stainless steel exterior and the unit rolls smoothly on 3 1/2" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes). The oven has 2 stainless steel wire shelves, and 1 stainless steel rib rack, a removable stainless steel drip pan with drain and a wood chip container on this cook and hold smoker oven. The oven comes includes 1 sample bag each of cherry, hickory, apple and maple wood chips.

The deluxe controls on this cook and hold smoker oven includes a LED display, On/Off button, cook temperature button (200 -325 degrees F), a cook time control button (1 minute - 24 hours), a smoke time control (1 minute - 1 hour), a probe control button and hold temperature button. There are also 8 programmable menu buttons, a hold mode count-up timer, and indicator lights for operation status.

The 767-SK/III cook and smoker oven is an electric unit that does not come with a plug and must be hardwired for 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 16.0 - 18.5 Amps for 3.9 - 4.4 kilowatts of power or 230 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 14.0 Amps for 3.1 kilowatts of power.
