Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are in any way not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving the item. The returned item has to be in the exact same condition as was received. We urge our clients to inspect their merchandise within 24 hours of receiving it. We will deduct all shipping charges and a restocking fee (if applicable) charges from the refund, unless an error in the listing was made on our part, or if an item is not working and the client does not wish to have it repaired by their local technician.

Please note that within 30 days of the arrival of the merchandise, equipment shall be deemed property of the seller. We do NOT authorize any diagnosis or repair on the merchandise without our written consent. Any unauthorized tampering or repair(s) will void any return. Buyer cannot say “I needed the item to work so I had my guy fix it and here is the bill.” This is simply unfair and wrong. If you receive a product and it does not work, you must contact us within 1 business day. We will either authorize work to be done and pay partial or full repair cost (based on the cost of repair in relation to the actual value of the item) or we will offer a return for a refund.

New Item Returns:
Please keep in mind that if you open the box or package on a new item and in any way attempt to use it, you will not be able to return it. New items are drop shipped from the factory/manufacturer / distributor and they have very strict rules about accepting a used product. They have trained people that will know if it has been used. In some cases, they will allow a return but will institute a restocking fee (generally between 25 – 50%).
