A perfect addition to any restaurant or bakery, this Doyon 4T3 oven comes with 3 stone decks and all the features you need to craft perfect artisan and hearth-style breads, soft pastries, cookies, and even roasts or pizzas! This artisan stone deck oven features (3) 8″ high baking chambers with 1″ thick refractory stone decks for even heat distribution, and each can accommodate up to (4) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans full of your best baked goods. Innovative electronic controls for each deck let you master every part of the baking process; adjust baking time or even the temperature on the top, bottom, and front of the oven decks. A self-contained steam injection system also allows you to add moisture for perfecting crispy-crust breads.
